Fairplace does not believe in an "off the shelf" or a "one size fits all" approach.  We prefer to "listen" and respond accurately to the needs of both the individuals and organisation. Our clients receive more than one service from Fairplace.  We deliver a combination of bespoke solutions to fit to our client’s requirements perfectly therefore we are totally flexible in our approach.

We work with excess of 1000 individuals last year.  An analysis of outcomes of our career coaching last year reveals that approximately 60% of all clients took up new roles utilising same skills in the same industry, 20% same skills-new industry, 10% same industry-new skills and about 8% went into self employment.
