Established in 1989.  A management firm specialising in business leadership, sales and marketing development.  All consultants are experienced practitioners having held senior management/director positions in renowned private and public sector organisations. Projects are delivered to clearly defined behavioural and performance objectives. Established in 1989 JFR International Limited (JFR) is a management consultancy specialising in learning and development.
JFR works with clients across a broad spectrum of sectors. We ensure that each project has clearly defined behavioural and performance objectives. Prior to commencing a project our respective responsibilities and fees are discussed and agreed with the client.

Our purpose is to develop individual and teams, with an emphasis on implementation, to improve results.

Our methods take into account different learning style preferences, with an emphasis on practical solutions that can be applied to and implemented in the workplace.

All projects are reviewed in three ways; what we did, what we achieved and how it was done. As a result of the review we can determine what we can do either differently or better to provide the client with an enhanced level of service.

Sales

We assist those responsible for sales to increase revenue generation whether it is by retaining and developing existing clients or by generating new client business. We enhance the sales process, develop specific skills and provide insight personality and its impact on ‘buyer’ behaviour.

Leadership

We help managers become the practical leaders that others would choose to follow. Providing vision and common purpose, underpinned by clear values and an ability to build effective relationships, are at the heart of our leadership belief. We focus on that critical link between leadership style, team effectiveness and performance and can draw on a selection of the best researched psychometrics and 360˚feedback instruments.

Marketing

We assist in three core areas. Customer and Market Insight: giving unique insights into key business issues. Strategic Marketing Advise: developing specific marketing strategies, helping define the marketing architecture and supporting market. Business Impact Programmes: crating promotional campaigns, CRM solutions and marketing management systems using creative techniques.
