Online training

Courses are in modular form with multi-choice questions and answers throughout.  There is a practical negotiation exercise at the end which tests and consolidates the knowledge gained.  The exercise is marked and a score given. Users have 4 months to complete our courses and case study at their own speed.  On completion a Certificate of Achievement recording their result is sent to the user.

In-house training

Our in-house training courses are competitively priced and qualify for Law Society of England and Wales CPD hours for their solicitor members.

We undertake training at clients’ offices in the UK and Europe for their staff.

DDL in-house training takes the form of a core outline plus bespoke elements as required by clients.
