Every person has a comfort zone (Colour Style). Your dominant pattern of behaviour that is patterned, programmed and predictable.

People tell you what their Colour Style is through observable behaviour i.e. visual vocal and verbal clues.

Understanding Ourselves and Others Through Colour Styles

Once you know a person's Colour Style you know:

  • How he/she wants to be treated
  • His/her strengths and weaknesses
  • How he/she likes to give and receive communication
  • How he/she wants to be managed

James Knight Introduces Colour Styles through:

  • Public Classes
