Clients include individuals from GAM, RBOS, Merrill Lynch, Accenture, Mellon, law firms such as Clifford Chance and one of Rachel’s clients, Duncan Goose won an ITV 2007 People of Briton Award.

Rachel Brushfield, director is a career strategist specialising in career reinvention with over 20 years’ experience and her job is to liberate people’s talent. She liberates talent by helping people focus and create a career strategy and plan, uncovering blocks to success and helping them to market themselves as a unique brand. Rachel also consults businesses on insight led targeted work strategies to maximise retention and energise employees to optimise performance, productivity and increase profitability. These insights about what employers are seeking from their employees helps our clients to target themselves to meet employers’ needs. Rachel is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), The International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an affiliate member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD)  

Rachel set up Energise Brand Communications Ltd. in 1997 and works with senior managers and directors at companies such as Diageo, Cranfield University and Clifford Chance and executives from GAM, RBOS, Accenture etc Rachel’s clients include Peter Cornell formerly senior managing partner of Clifford Chance, the biggest law firm in the world and Duncan Goose of One Water www.onedifference.org , a winner of ITV’s 2007 People of Briton Awards.  

Rachel’s background is in marketing, brand strategy and communications consultancy, including with Safeway and J Walter Thompson and she helps her clients to devise self-promotion and communication strategies to excel at work and discover a role and career which fits their values, is fulfilling and gives them the lifestyle, work life balance and remuneration they seek.  

Rachel lives in Charlbury in Oxfordshire, having downshifted from Chiswick, London in October 2006 and has designed her business to give her the life she wants, so she practises what she advocates!
