Founded  in 2005 with aim of creating a Bespoke Financial Training Company with special emphasis on follow through training and continuous development. Success has been founded on a culture of close client relationships, professionalism and a strong understanding of their business. We offer a comprehensive training range through an extensive network of trainers for both technical skills and management and development skills. Our trainers are credible and are subject matter experts with practitioner experience. We have the experience and commitment of our trainers and key personnel who advise independently on course content and oversee specific marketing and administrative tasks. Clients (and some trainers) are supported by an on-line management development resource (The ALMDR) which has been developed in association with a third party.

We start by developing an initial programme outline aimed at the targeted audience, identifying the key elements and focus of each module. From there, the full programme is developed, including client specific case studies and examinations, if required.

We help delegates to form Action Plans during the training which are put into practice back at the desk.
